  Where a one to one PT session once, twice or three times per week motivate you and help you count your reps.

  After that one hour session there’s another 23 hours in the day where things can go drastically wrong for you and you don’t know how to navigate through those tough times or break your current habits.

  With online coaching you have much more support, more accountability and a much higher and more frequent communication system which in effect guarantees much better and longer lasting results.

  Ryan, a fully qualified personal trainer and body and mind transformation specialist, displays the utmost commitment to his work which is demonstrated by his participation in competitions such as the Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation championships and his success in both training and providing dieting techniques for men and woman all over the world including, professional athletes and celebrity clients.

  As a former professional rugby player, he has a vast amount of experience in the fitness and sports industry and as transformed over 2000 clients worldwide.

  His client success stories and transformation photos are a reflection of his hard work, dedication and passion.

 

  Ryan is a larger than life enthusiastic character whos built up a large following through his instagram where he shares his knolledge and experience every single day.

  Ryan has also done a number of incredible personal fitness challenges in order to raise money for various charities which included breaking the Guinness world record for most chest to floor burpees in 12 hours.

  Book in for your free application call where you will be able to find out absolutely everthing on how the RFS programme works.

  In this 45 minute call with your coach you will know if you are a good candidate for the programme and we will be able to advice you on what you actually need, when we are clearer on your goals and where you currently are.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT?

  If you qualify as a good fit for the programme and you’re initial part of the journey is mapped out on your first application call.

  Your data will be reviewed and within 48 hours you will be taken through an on boarding process whilst your tailored programme is built.

READY FOR SUCCESS!

  Within 48 hours your training, nutrition and battle plan will be built and accessible on the RFS fitness app where you will have full access from the beginning. 

  Your programme will be bespoke, easy to follow and planned out for you from day one.

  From start to finish of this journey you are being personally coached and will have direct contact to Ryan and the other success coaches so you will never ever feel lost.

  You will be welcomed into the RFS community and accepted into the RFS lab which is filled with an abundance of educational videos, masterclasses and specific trainings on everthing you need to make incredible results.

  You will also have free access to all of our zoom and in person live events that we run throughout the year in the U.K. and Portugal.

RFS BOOTCAMP RETREATS

On the 5 day RFS bootcamp retreat expect between 4 and 6 hours of physical exercise each day.

Our daily exercise will be a combination of various training methods and techniques from: endurance training, strength training, cross training, functional training, boxing and other various outdoor activities including mountain biking, hiking, SUP and much more.

SATURDAY SEA VIEW BOOTCAMP

We use a combination of strength training, functional training and Bodyweight exercises.

We have a mixture of beginners and people who have been training at RFS Fitness for a number of years.
